NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.
I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.
Please respect my art style and pricing. No style change requests or heavy discounts.
I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable or unable to complete it properly.
Commissions may take up to 3 months depending on workload, complexity, or health issues. I’ll inform you of any delays.
If you only provide descriptions/collages without a finalized design, additional design fees may apply.

TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ All prices are in EUR (€) and paid via PayPal.
✦ Prices are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity.
✦ Prices listed are for one character. More characters = multiplied price.
✦ Private commission would incur an extra fee. (+30% original price). Commercial use x2 original price.
✦ Payment is split 50/50: ( 50% rough sketch and 50% finished artwork.)
✦ No payment within 1 week = order canceled.PROCESS
✦ Work starts only after payment is made.
✦ Commissions may take up to 3 months; I’ll notify you of any delays (health, workload, etc.).
✦ Major corrections must be made during the sketch phase.
✦ Minor revisions (e.g., color, shadow, or lighting adjustments) can still be made after the artwork is completed. However, major changes (e.g., pose alterations, adding items, or other modifications requiring significant redrawing) will incur additional charges.REVISIONS
✦ Revisions are allowed after the sketch phase, but excessive requests may be declined due to my workload with other clients.
✦ After the artwork is completed, minor edits (like color, shading, or lighting tweaks) are still possible.
✦ Major changes (such as altering poses or adding new elements) will require an additional fee.REFUND POLICY
✦ You can cancel anytime before making a payment.
✦ You can request a refund if I haven’t started the commission within 3 months after payment.
✦ No refunds once I’ve started working.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ I retain copyright to all commissioned artwork and may share it on social media or in my portfolio.
✦ You may not claim the artwork as your own.
✦ No use of my art for NFTs, crypto, or blockchain-related projects.
✦ No fee for non-commercial uses (e.g., free web novels).
✦ For other art types: monetized YouTube (10K+ subs) or Twitch Partners must purchase a commercial license.
✦ NDA requests (no posting progress/artwork) require an extra fee, agreed upon before starting.COPYRIGHT / USEAGE
✔ Reposting the commission
✔ Credit the artist when the art is used
✔ You are allowed to utilize the commission for personal use.
✘ You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial gain unless otherwise discussed.
(eg. stream, printing merchandise, etc.)
✘ You may not claim the authorship of the work.
